Updated over a week ago

Overview

Changes to business details, such as a new trading address, a new trading name, or a change in business entity must be formally reviewed and approved to ensure accuracy, compliance, and contractual alignment.

Request Submission

All requests to change business details must be sent to [email protected] and must come from an authorised signatory’s email address, as listed in your Merchant Processing Agreement (MPA). Requests from unverified contacts cannot be accepted.

Required Documentation

Depending on the type of change, we may request one or more of the following supporting documents:

  • Proof of address
To confirm a new trading or business address.

  • Evidence of trading name change
Such as official registration documents, signage, or other supporting materials.

  • Entity change documentation
Documents supporting a change in legal entity (for example, incorporation documents).

  • Additional supporting documents
Any other information required to validate the requested change.

Approval and Implementation

Once all required documentation has been received and reviewed, our team will issue a contract addendum.nThe addendum must be signed before the changes can be applied. After the signed addendum is received, we will confirm once the business detail changes have been implemented.
