Bank account change

This article explains how to request a change to your settlement bank account and what information is required, depending on your business location.

To change your bank account, you must submit valid banking documentation for verification. Once verified, we will issue a contract addendum for signature. After the addendum is signed and processed, all future funds will be settled to the new bank account.

Please note a temporary payout hold can be applied on request during this process to prevent funds from being paid out whilst the change is being completed.

EU Merchants

Required Documentation

You must provide one of the following:

  • A valid IBAN, or

  • A PDF bank statement dated within the last 6 months

    • Must not be edited

    • Must clearly show all relevant information such as, bank name, business name and account details

Verification and Approval

  • Once your details are verified, our team will send a bank account change addendum via DocuSign.

  • You will be required to complete two-factor authentication (2FA) to sign the document.

Completion

After the addendum is signed, our team will confirm when the change has been implemented. All future funds will be paid to the new bank account.


UK Merchants

Required Documentation

We cannot accept an account number alone. You must provide:

  • A PDF bank statement dated within the last 6 months

    • Must not be edited

    • Must clearly show all relevant information such as, bank name, business name and account details

Verification and Approval

  • We will contact you by phone using the authorised signatory phone number listed in your Merchant Processing Agreement (MPA).

    • We will confirm a few details to verify your identity and the validity of the request, this is to ensure security and safety of your account.

If the signatory details are incorrect, the MPA must be updated before the request can proceed.

  • Once your details are verified, our team will send a bank account change addendum via DocuSign.(No 2FA is needed)

Completion

After the addendum is signed, our team will confirm when the change has been implemented. All future funds will be paid to the new bank account.
