This article addresses common questions relating to payout timing and settlement discrepancies.

Payout Timing

  • Daily and Weekly settlements: are typically processed before 12:00pm but may be processed as late as 4:00pm (UK time).

  • Next Day Settlement (NDS): are typically processed before 2:00pm but may be processed as late as 4:00pm (UK time).

If funds have not been received after 4:00pm (UK time) on the expected payout day, please contact support.



Receiving Less Than Expected

If your payout amount is lower than anticipated, this may be due to:

  • Negative balance deductions

    Any existing negative balance on your account will automatically be deducted from your settlement.

  • Wire transfer fees
    A wire fee (typically £0.25, but may vary depending on your bank) may be applied.

High-Risk Registration Fees

Visa and Mastercard apply annual high-risk registration fees to certain merchant categories. These fees cover compliance, monitoring, and administrative requirements set by the card schemes.

Missing Transactions

If you believe transactions are missing:

  1. Reconcile your settlement statement with your End of Day (EOD) report.

  2. Compare the total transaction amounts and gross values.

  3. If you identify a discrepancy, forward the details to our team, including all relevant supporting information, so we can investigate promptly.
