As part of our ongoing dedication to security, users will be requested to set up two-factor authentication (abbreviated to 2FA herein) with any new and existing application.
This will be prompted as per the screen below (when you see the screen, the empty square space will contain a QR code):

To set up 2FA, you will need to download an authenticator app from your app store (such as Microsoft or Google authenticators); follow the guidelines on how to set up the authenticator on your device; then scan the QR code provided on the Portal to be given authenticator codes. Input these codes when prompted to log in to the portal!
At the moment, it is possible to register only one device at the time. Whenever logging in from a new device, you will be required to enter the verification code each time.

COMMON ISSUES WITH SET UP
Invalid code notifications:
if you have multiple accounts, please ensure that you are inputting the correct code from the list in your authenticator.
Each code in authentication applications are valid for 30 seconds; retry log in with a new code.
If you are still receiving error codes after all checks are completed, please check time and time zone settings on your device: go to 'Settings'>'General'>'Date and Time' and ensure 'Set Automatically' is switched ON and timezone is correct.
Also, issues can be fixed by restarting your phone and/or retrying the authenticator app by scanning the QR code again and trying the new code.
