When you try to log in to your Paynt back office, you may see this error message:

“Please fill out this input field”

This happens because your browser is storing old cookies from a previous session, which blocks the login process.

2. Go to the Paynt login page.
3. Enter your usual login credentials.

Using Incognito mode avoids the OTP error and allows you to log in successfully. After logging in once with Incognito, you can continue using your browser in normal mode for future logins.
