Camera Error

You may occasionally see a camera warning message, after which the app closes or minimises on its own.

The issue is usually caused by your device’s Face Recognition feature automatically activating after the device has been idle for a while. Since Face Recognition uses the camera, your device attempts to turn it on.

However, for security reasons, the app does not permit camera access. When the camera is triggered, the app displays a warning and then minimises itself.

How to Resolve This?

Here are a few ways to prevent this from happening:

  1. Extend your device's screen timeout

Increase the duration your phone stays active before locking. This helps avoid frequent triggering of Face Recognition.

  2. Disable Face Recognition

Removing Face Recognition as your unlocking method will prevent the camera from being used automatically.

  3. Manually minimise the app after use

We recommend closing or minimising the app after each use to prevent any interruptions when the device locks.
